About Vin et Fleurs

Chef and owner, Farid Boughalem is french born and trained. While he studied cooking in France, it is his 20+ years in New York City that have inspired him and where he has learned to bring a little bit of America to his classic french dishes. After he and his brother closed their West Village restaurant, Boughalem, Farid spent the next 10 years of his life in the flower business. Signs of his green thumb and love of flowers are always evident in Vin et Fleurs.
